Delivering impactful keynote addresses on diversity, inclusion, equity and anti-racism in tech continues to fuel my passion for helping companies build better work environments for everyone.

Growing my full service consulting practice consisted of panel discussions, workshops and case studies centered around the lack of diversity and equity in the tech industry. Because of my experience as a software engineer and technical trainer in the tech industry for 30 years, the hands-on experience I bring to navigating a career in tech from the black perspective has become heavily sought after. While I continue to rely on a variety of academic published case studies some of which I have completed at the collegiate and doctoral levels for consulting, my keynote addresses are what audiences find the most compelling.
